- 20 September, 2009 - Kite Lake
Nine PCSAR members responded with specialized transport equipment to the Kite Lake area to carry out a recentlly found decomposed body of a man believed to have committed suicide in December 2008.
- 14 September, 2009 - Park County
Eleven PCSAR team members and one dog team responded for a night search when a hunter and his guide were a day overdue by CR 31 about eight miles in.
- 13 September, 2009 - Park County
PCSAR responded along with Alpine, Summit, and Chaffee SAR teams and other organizations to look for two lost hikers from Colorado Springs.
- 08 September, 2009 - Mt. Shavano
PCSAR sent two dog teams to assist Chaffee County to find a hiker lost on Mt. Shavano.
- 05 September, 2009 - Park County
PCSAR responded when two hikers called 911 to ask for rescue. One hiker broke his arm and hit his head hard. Both rescued.
- 01 September, 2009 - Lost Park
PCSAR personnel responded with a dog team to search for father and son who got separated and lost on an overnight hike. Both were found with no injuries.
- 29 August, 2009 - Mt. Bierstadt
PCSAR called out to a joint rescue with Alpine for an injured female climber on Mt. Bierstadt.
- 05 August, 2009 - Wellington Lake
PCSAR was called out to help Alpine County SAR group search for a youngster who wandered away from his grandfather and campsite. Subject was found at 12:30 am.
- 01 August, 2009 - Park County
PCSAR sent out two shifts of teams to search for a woman bicyclist who went for a four hour ride in the Lost Park area with her dog, but failed to return to her campsite by nightfall. Subject abandoned her bicycle and separated from the dog, but both were found within 24 hours of the start of the mission.
- 27 July, 2009 - Hoosier Pass
PCSAR responded with 14 members when two friends four-wheeling off-road close to Hoosier Pass rolled their vehicle and sustained minor injuries. One subject was carried out by litter.
- 27 June, 2009 - Park County
An ill-equipped visitor from Texas became stranded about 500 feet down Monkey Rock. Three PCSAR team members were called out to perform a technical rope rescue. Subject was successfully rescued.
- 18 June, 2009 - Park County
A PCSAR supervisor was called out to find a father and his daughter who got lost near CR 18 by Mt Sherman. They were promptly found.
- 30 May, 2009 - Park County
PCSAR responded when possible beacon distress tones picked up by reporting party. Nothing found by searchers, although two Black Hawks were seen in the area and the beeps ceased after they left the area.

Three out of state hikers went out for a short hike after dark and missed their return trail. They could not find their campsite. A PCSAR team was able to find both the hikers and their campsite..
- 24 May, 2009 - Park County
A hiker left his car for a two hour hike and got lost. Wife reported him missing. Subject found five days later.

PCSAR called out to find a man who had slept in a tree and awoke to see coyotes below him. Man found.

We had a supervisor call from the SO asking if we could help out with a dog stuck on a ledge of rocks about 40 feet up by mm216 on hwy 285. A small team of 5 went to the scene along with 1 Deputy. One member climbed up to the dog who then got scared and ran/scrambled back down the rock face and ran off into the highway followed by the owner which then caused a minor fenderbender. The team member climbed back down and we cleared the scene.
- 08 April, 2009 - Park County
A 51 year old man was reported missing after he took off on a dirt bike. Dogs were used, but suject was not found after 11 days of searching. Search terminated for lack of clues.
- 05 March, 2009 - Park County
PCSAR asked to help search for a lost hiker around Bailey Mountain. Hiker found.
- 22 February, 2009 - Park County
45 year old snowshoer overdue. PCSAR responded with three snowmobiles. Subject found.
- 02 January, 2009 - Park County
PCSAR called out to use their winch truck to pull out a 2 wheel drive pickup truck from a snow bank when two elderly fishermen got stuck 3 miles from Tarryall Reservoir.
